I include ragweed leaf in my daily bitters formula for allergies - good stuff and actually a pretty little plant.

My eyeballs are on those goldenrod plants, most of all. The unquantifiable factors are how much of this allergy relief is from antihistamine effects or from anti-inflammatory effects. So many of the plants are helpful.

Both are good. Goldenrod is anti-inflammatory and immune supportive. It helps with allergies. I've actually lost some hearing in one ear due to inflammation caused by ragweed pollen and it his my lungs and sinuses like the worst flu. Ragweed can reduce mast cells in general, but I believe ragweed leaf tincture is specifically good at reducing allergies to ragweed pollen and that is the one thing that does me the most harm. I also use goldenrod, nettles, mullein, mimosa, etc.

I’m wanting a mimosa tree. Those things can spread like herpes. Lol. Hunting primary research on the mast cell effects of Ambrosia itself, wonder if it’s inferred from constituents found.

Let me know if you want some mimosa seeds. I like the plant quite a bit. Sure, it can spread, but it is far more beneficial than not... and wait until you try kombucha with mimosa blossoms added tot he bottle!

Thanks for the offer. Some farmers at our market sprout and sell little trees, so all I have to do is commit myself to plugging one into the ground. Kombucha is the best. Funny that something that looks so nasty while brewing tastes really good.
